My Classes & Workshop aims to enhance Physical Strength, Flexibility, Mental Clarity, Emotional Balance and Spiritual Well-being. I founded “Anandshala” with the mission to make people Healthy Wealthy and Happy.I believe that true wellness encompasses not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. Learn MoreI Anna Varghese currently residing in Singapore I had sleepless nights, pain in my knuckles, cramps in the calf muscles and was unable to wear even half to one inch heals. I had a bloated stomach along with lack of appetite. I couldn’t lift my legs for a run where I was required to try hitting the bum with my heals. My legs felt heavy and numb on sitting in one place for just 4 to 5 minutes. NOW- I sleep like a baby and have stopped my occasional reliance on crocine medicine for headaches or flue like symptoms. I can close my fist tightly and have no pain in the knuckles. Wearing one inch heals is easy now and I have no cramps in my legs. Lifting legs for a stationary run has become easy. I lost about 5 kg in less than two weeks of a specific diet. This I believe lead to reducing the pains and feverishness I used to feel. I also started monitoring my water intake to be more conscious of keeping myself well hydrated.To add to the above, it is a good feeling to be with a group of students with a common goal. I am from Canada and joined online yoga lessons under the guidance of Akshay Sir. He is an amazing instructor. Ensuring that everyone is doing each pose in a right way and also explain the details of every pranayam/yoga. It has helped me to gain a deeper understanding of yoga as well as the importance of maintaining a balanced practice of it. I recently joined online yoga from this place. I have found the training sessions very effective and the way guidance is provided for different asans is commendable. I and my wife started our fitness journey with Akshay ji in 2021 and needless to say have come a long way since then. His focus has always been on long term health, balanced meals and consistency without focusing on measurements and weighing scale. This is something we really appreciate about Akshay ji. I want to share you my overall experiences of yoga classes. I felt so mentally relaxed.The yoga instructor as Akshay Sir was amazing and helped me perfect my poses.I felt so much more flexible and strong after taking yoga classes and really enjoyed the calming music while meditation. After joining Yoga classes, it helped me relieve stress and anxiety. So I would like to suggest everybody to join these classes for better health and peaceful life.
